Job Description

A leading Sussex practice is looking to recruit a Real Estate partner to grow and develop their Real Estate practice. On joining the firm you will be working alongside several leading individuals with a mandate to grow and develop the Real Estate practice in Sussex and to the South of London. To expand their practice they are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Senior Solicitor or Partner to join their leading team. The firm is looking for a dynamic individual who will have strong regional connectivity and will be able to develop work whilst capitalising on cross referencing work and clients within the firm. The firm has a strong collaborative culture which relies on entrepreneurial flare with an innovative but relaxed culture throughout their offices.

The nature of this position means the candidate has no boundaries in terms of caseload. The firm is market-leading in terms of property finance but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as: landlord and tenant, acquisition and disposal of commercial property, investments, secured lending, commercial leases, and development based work. This firm has a modern approach and recognises that work/life balance is important. They have the technology and infrastructure to facilitate flexible working. Ideally, this candidate will be operating as a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor or Partner with at least 8 years PQE. The right candidate should be able to demonstrate a history of successful business development, with a transportable client base or contacts in the market
