NQ/ Junior Commercial Litigation/ Dispute Resolution lawyer – Large offshore firm – Jersey

This leading offshore practice advises an impressive international client base on the Jersey law aspects of high-value cross-border disputes. It is looking for a newly qualified or junior level lawyer who is keen to get involved in a broad range of contentious work spanning mainstream commercial/contractual disputes, specialist banking and financial services disputes, insolvency, fraud, and asset tracing. You will enjoy plenty of client contact and opportunities to take on responsibility from the outset, making this an ideal role for an ambitious, career-minded lawyer.

It is likely to suit someone in the NQ to 2 years’ pqe range, with at least one seat in high-value commercial litigation. Good academics and a background in a respected UK/equivalent commercial law firm, or with another offshore firm, are essential.
