I’m sure anyone who has had the pleasure of working with or visiting the BVI will share our distress in seeing such devastation. 

Our clients in the BVI legal community have contingency plans for such a situation and posts coming from the law firms make clear that they have already activated procedures for locating, and where appropriate, evacuating staff. Needless to say, our thoughts and best wishes are with all of our friends on the islands and indeed with anyone affected by Irma.
