Analysis of the Offshore Sector and Brexit (from The Lawyer)

The latest analysis of the offshore sector in The Lawyer is a ‘must read’ for anyone considering a move offshore. The publication has interviewed senior level Partners from most of the major offshore firms with a particular focus on the impact and anticipated impact of Brexit

Not surprisingly, firms are bullish with the general mood being one of ‘no significant impact’ so far (notwithstanding a pause on major M&A and Commercial Real Estate instructions in the immediate aftermath of the vote). In actual fact there is a fair amount of optimism around the potential opportunities that the changing landscape will bring particularly given that their Global, multi-jurisdictional capabilities allow them to move as the market moves.
