The Trust and Tax Planning Team is looking to recruit an ambitious and able practitioner who can demonstrate skills and experience in this area of legal practice, and a desire to extend those skills and support and further develop this growing, specialised work area. The current team is at capacity and expansion of the service is an active project. Working with a broad variety of clients from owner managed businesses through to landed business clients and individuals with substantial family wealth you will be responsible for the creation of new trusts of all types particularly personal injury Trusts derived from the PI and Clinical Negligence division, creative lifetime and death planning using property, Trusts and IHT concessionary assets, advising professional and lay trustees and some off shore tax planning products. You will have the experience and gravitas to encourage cross referrals, have an interest in developing the Practice and be technically excellent.
