Experience of IP litigation, particularly trade marks, design rights as well as copyright is essential - contentious patent experience would be a distinct advantage. This is a great opportunity to build up a strong specialist IP team to complement the Group’s existing IP work. The ideal candidate must be eager to build a team and develop this practice area. A proven ability to market and convert clients is essential as is experience managing junior members of practice group. Contacts and/or a client following is essential for this role.
