Our client a major national legal practice and are currently recruiting for an experienced Solicitor to Planning team. The planning team deals with Environmental impact issues, Infrastructure and planning agreements and negotiations, compulsory purchase and high court proceedings amongst others. They need a solicitor with a minimum of three years experienced in planning experience ideally drawn from one of the leading city/regional players. You will need to have good development and marketing skills. The role will cover the Southern offices but you will also be involved in projects on a national basis.
