This is an absolutely excellent opportunity for a banking and finance solicitor looking to join this motivated and expanding team. Candidates should have good inter-personal skills, strong academics and high quality experience - typically with a major London or leading national/regional practice. Team playing skills are important - the successful candidate can expect to work with a number of partners within the Group, in small and occasionally larger teams, as well as running cases with minimal supervision. The team is looking to continue to grow and increase market share and so the candidate will also be expected to play a part in marketing to develop the practice, as well as contributing to know-how, learning and development which are fundamental to the firms success. Candidates who have done some corporate and/or insolvency work as well as pure banking work will also be considered.
