You will need to be able to respond swiftly to instructions, be able to work under pressure and not be side tracked by competing priorities. You will be technically strong and of "front facing" with clients at all levels. Ideally, your background will be from a broad commercial property background working for either a leading regional or City practice. You must be able to meet client needs and build relationships with internal and external contacts. You will have good communication and influencing skills together with technical skills and knowledge. You will enjoy working as part of a team but be equally able to manage your own matters efficiently and promptly. You will be client centred, managing quality, risk and finance.
