The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years PQE gained from a London or leading regional practice. The role is expected cover a broad base of corporate issues; advising major clients on company formation and joint ventures through MBOs, Venture Capital, M&A, Rights Issues, OFEX and AIM Listings, IPOs and Placings, in and around the UK as well as internationally. As a key member of the team, candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware. They will be a team player with a client focussed approach and a keenness to become involved in business development activities within the team as a whole. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
