This successful Corporate Commercial team is impressive in terms of the quality and level of its clients with really size-able transactions. You will have exposure to high quality clients and be advising clients on a local, regional and national basis. You will need to have experience of a varied corporate commercial workload to include mix of general M&A work, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, corporate governance. You will need to either come from a strong regional or city law firm or Legal 500 firm.
