Our client an extremely well regarded, professional and commercial Essex firm with over 100 staff wish to succession plan. The successful candidate would have a minimum of 4 years experience in broad based commercial property work, be committed to working in Essex and more importantly be looking to secure a long term opportunity with a fast track to partnership. Initially you will be working side by side with the departing partner before taking over his entire caseload on retirement.
