With 2 offices, they offer expertise in a number of areas and are Legal 500 rated. . The Commercial Property team acts for a broad range of private investors, developers, public companies, pension funds, banks, major house builders, British and European retailers, leisure operators and restaurateurs. The types of transactions typically handled range from the assembly of development sites to the purchase and sale of large investment portfolios; from funding arrangements, joint venture structuring and secured lending, to landlord and tenant disputes; from planning agreements to construction contracts; and from pre-lets to corporate support. They are now looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a proven track record over the last few years solely in Commercial Property to join the team of 18 other fee earners, with a minimum PQE of 2 years. The caseload will consist of a mix of property development work and commercial conveyancing. The successful candidate will be able to deal with client contacts up to board level and be happy to take on business development activities.
