Our client are a medium sized Norwich practice with a superb reputation and a fantastic well established client list. They wish to recruit a solicitor or legal executive with 0-3 yrs experience in broad based commercial property matters to work alongside and assist a Partner with many years experience. The successful candidate will be dealing with sales, purchases, leases, mortgages and refinancing and development of all types of commercial property. Acting for a wide variety of clients from individual owner occupiers and tenants to property development companies and commercial investors. The Commercial Property team work very closely with the Company and Commercial team especially when dealing with the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions.
