The successful candidate will be repsonsible for managing and supervsing the current team, managing exisiting client relationships and devloping the number and quality of clients serviced from this office. The exisitng role encompasses all aspects of commercial contract work including: Drafting and advising on Terms & Conditions Agency distribution agreements Franchising goods and services Supply contracts Leasing and concession agreements Outsourcing projects Infrastructure projects Public and Private Partnerships Commercial Joint Ventures IT contracts and E Commerce A client following is not required but excellent remuneration and prospects await.
