The work will include assisting on and leading management buy-outs/buy-ins, company and business sales and purchases and reorganisations. Ideally applicants will have relevant experience gained in a City, national or large regional practice. An excellent remuneration package awaits the successful candidate together with a transparent and supported career progression plan.
