Their lawyers come from a varied background, many trained with them but some have come from prestigious international and city firms, and some have a proven background in industry. They now wish to recruit a capable and ambitious agricultural property lawyer ideally with at least 3 years PQE to deal with the following * Acquisitions and disposal of farms and estates for private clients and pension funds * Drafting and advising on the scope and effect of common law, business, Agricultural Holdings Act and farm business tenancies * Agricultural Land Tribunal succession applications for AHA tenants * Acted for tenant in arbitration proceedings on the effectiveness of a Case B Notice to Quit * Drafting overage provisions * Drafting and advising on deeds of grant, wayleave agreements and telecommunication leases * Advising on public rights of way * Refinancing of high value farms and estates * First registration of farms and estates "Origin Legal follow strict best practice recruitment guidelines monitored by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
