They wish to recruit a solicitor with at least 7 years call to join the private client team. The successful candidate would be joining as a senior associate or partner and provide top rated strategic tax planning advice to the private law market and help establish the firms London presence and wider application of the firms brand. The successful applicant will be responsible for attracting private individuals to the business as a whole whilst expanding and developing the tax, trusts and estates team, with particular emphasis on supervising tax strategy in wealth management for individuals and landed families. This is a new and exciting challenge for a Lawyer who has ambition, iis a door opener with strong business development skills who strives for greater reward and a culture and ethos that is second to none. It is essential that this person posses the following Sufficient expertise and standing in the sector A reputation in tax advice for landed estates, dealing with off-shore elements and related tax input Ability to attract substantial work for the team whilst serving and developing the growing London client base and supporting London centric marketing initiatives Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of individuals Ability to use initiative and work well within a team Driven, dynamic and commercially aware
