They wish to recruit a solicitor with at least 7 years call to join the corporate team. The successful candidate would be joining as a senior associate or partner and grow a client base in the London area. Accountabilities The role holder will be responsible for Introducing new business to the Corporate team; and Expanding and developing its existing client base . Person specification Essential "rain maker" 7 years PQE Ability to operate semi autonomously with London whilst liaising with the team outside of London Strong commercial awareness Excellent reputation within the industry Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of individuals Referral based network as opposed to a following Ability to use initiative and work well within a team Driven and dynamic This is a new and exciting challenge for a Lawyer who has ambition, is a door opener with strong business development skills who strives for greater reward and a culture and ethos that is second to none.
