Candidates will have strong technical competence gained from a recognised major City or regional practice and sparkling academics (minimum 2.1 degree). They should also be good team players with a desire to use their own initiative and the ability to get on well with clients. Experience is required in sales and acquisitions, letting (acting for both landlord and tenants) and handling general management work. Experience in finance related work would also be beneficial. The successful candidates will be expected to handle investment and owner/occupier sales and acquisitions; lettings and the management of existing property portfolios subject to partner supervision; to assist in work with partners on more complicated transactions and to provide support on real estate finance matters.
