The successful candidate will have a broad range of property experience encompassing commercial leases acting for landlords and tenants, 1954 Act procedures, acquisition and disposal of commercial properties, commercial development and corporate support. This role is focused on business development and the successful candidate will play an integral role in departmental and firm business development and marketing initiatives, activities and events. Whilst a following is not a pre-requsite for this role, a proven ability to build one is paramount. You will currently be working at a well-regarded commercial firm in either London or the regions. Applications are welcome from either Partners or Senior Associates who believe that they are on the cusp of partnership at their current practice but dont believe that their long-term future lies with their firm.
