Our client currently seeks a Solicitor with a broad Property Litigation experience. The main areas of work will involve - dilapidations, rent recovery, party wall disputes, disrepair and possession claims. You will be expected to have practical experience of running cases of this nature to trial and be a team player who is keen to take on a high level of individual responsibility. We are seeking someone who wishes to commit their future to this discipline and in return you will be rewarded with progression and partnership.
