Working within a large but well structured team you will be responsible for a broad caseload of commercial landlord and tenant matters including boundary disputes, lease renewals under 1954 act and claims concerning rights of way. The role will also involve elements of property development disputes covering a broad range of topics. The ideal candidate would also have an interest in property related professional negligence. The role offers superb training and a real chance for career progression.
