The planning team deals with Environmental impact issues, Infrastructure and planning agreements and negotiations, compulsory purchase and high court proceedings amongst others. They need a solicitor with a minimum of three years experienced in planning experience ideally drawn from one of the leading city/regional players. You will need to have good development and marketing skills. The role will cover the Southern offices but you will also be involved in projects on a national basis.
