You will have previous experience will have been gained in a law firm with a significant private client or general litigation team. The successful applicant will have been substantially engaged in commercial/property litigation practice areas (not construction or planning) and will have some advocacy skills. They will also have a knowledge and understanding of the basics of private client law and civil procedure and a willingness to combine them both. Ideally, our client seeks an individual who is a team player, client friendly, proactive, hard working and computer literate with proven ability to meet performance targets and be able to work with limited supervision. The successful applicant will also help to undertake the marketing of the firm and also to represent the firm at networking events. Essential.
