The main focus of the work will be general commercial litigation (often with an international element) - including contract, company and shareholder, professional negligence and property disputes. You will also have exposure to International Arbitration - primarily under LCIA and ICC Rules. The successful candidate will have good technical knowledge and will be meticulous and conscientious regarding the work they produce, as the department is known for its high standards. Experience of arbitration and cross-border work would be an advantage. This role is very hands on, with a lot of client contact and marketing involvement.
