The busy commercial property department of this strong regional firm is looking to increase the team with the hire of a Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. The role will involve working with the secured lending team, managing your own files and attending client meetings. The role requires an individual with excellent knowledge and practical experience of a wide range of commercial property work including due dilligence, leasehold transactions and assistance on aquisitions and disposals. Previous conveyancing experience is essential.
