A leading City firm with a strong reputation in the market is looking to hire a mid-level solicitor to handle a mixed role of IP/IT as part of the firm’s overall Technology group. It is envisaged the candidate with the right skills and experience is likely to be around 4 years PQE and will have experience from either a leading city, niche or regional heavyweight practice. You will be acting for a variety of clients including Major Software Technology Companies, Leading Insurers and Global Brands. The work is varied and consists of IP disputes, Non contentious Technology work including Data Protection and Outsourcing and the group pride themselves on their flexibility and ability to provide a range of services to clients.
