This Company Commercial Department has an outstanding reputation for providing the highest quality professional advice to the full range of business clients. With an expanding workload and continued growth, the Department has a vacancy for a Solicitor with ability, initiative, drive and determination. The successful candidate will need at least 3yrs post admission experience in non-contentious intellectual property and IT work. Experience of contentious IP work would be welcomed. The position will involve filing trade mark and design registrations and dealing with application formalities. The remuneration package will reflect the importance of the role.
