The work includes property damage such as fire, flood and impact and product liability and well as some negligence and third party dispute claims. They are looking to strenghten the team with the hire of a lawyer for their office in Plymouth. In addition to running your own caseload you will also be providing technical supervision for a team of paralegals. Some experience of property damage, subrogated claims and recoveries will be required and ideally some supervisory experience.
