It is envisages that the ideal candidate will be in excess of 1yr PQE, have strong local links and be capable of working with minimal supervision. This wide ranging role will involve dealing with cases for unfair dismissal, compromise agreements, discrimination, breach of contract and a range of non contentious drafting. There will also be court and tribunal litigation, employment contracts, share option agreements, enforcing restrictive covenants and termination of employment.
