Legal 500 practice based in West Sussex seeks experienced employment solicitor to join in line with succession planning. You will have a minimum of 2yrs PQE and have experience within: Preparing and updating contracts of employment and executive service agreements Preparing fixed term contracts Share options and employee incentive schemes Compromise agreements Employment Tribunal assistance and representation Regular updates on changes in the law In-house training to key personnel and employment audits Employment aspects of the sale and transfer of a business (TUPE) Redundancy advice - how to select and consult Advocacy experience although not a pre-requsite would be advantageous.
