They are lead by an inspiring partner who runs a very hard working and close knit team and require a mid level corporate solicitor likely to be around 3-4 years qualified who has varied and wide ranging transactional experience. The firm acts for a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors and will encourage lots of direct contact so they will look to hire a bright confident individual with strong business development skills. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent academics, minim 2:1 degree and AAB at A’ level and is likely to come from a City firm or regional heavyweight equivalent. This is a genuinely different private practice corporate role which may suit a corporate solicitor that is looking for change from dealing with everyday institutional clients.
