This highly regarded small to medium sized West End firm has a new opportunity within their Corporate/Commercial team. The role offers an exciting breadth of work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and flotations as well as offering legal and commercial advice on an ad hoc basis. Due to the structure of the department there is scope for involvement and responsibility that will really develop your skills and expertise.
