Candidates should have good inter-personal skills, strong academics and high quality experience – typically with a major City or leading national/regional practice. Team playing skills are important – the successful candidate can expect to work with a number of partners within the Group, in small and occasionally larger teams, as well as running cases with minimal supervision. The group handles contentious and non contentious construction such as construction litigation in the TCC, adjudications, negotiation of construction contracts warranties bonds and appointments, Advising banks, investors and property developers on methods of procurement purchases and development finance. Clients include mid tier businesses, household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high net worth private clients, international designers, and further education colleges and schools. The position arises due to continuing growth within the Group.
