Applicants will have around 2+ years PQE handling both Commercial law and Corporate transactions for either an established regional or City based firm. You will be joining an established Company / Commercial team where you will be exposed to a mixture of corporate transactions, commercial contracts and IP & IT law. The successful candidate will ideally have some experience with business sales and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and agency & distribution agreements. Any knowledge of IT and E-commerce is advantageous as well as any dealings with data protection, software development and licensing arrangements. You should be a good team player, have strong communicational skills and an interest in marketing would be advantageous.
