You will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating aircraft sale and purchase agreements and reviewing the associated financial documents, drafting, reviewing and negotiating aircraft and engine leases and acting for parts companies on the drafting and negotiation of agreements relating to component supply. These will include exchange, leases and "Power by the Hour" agreements. You also will be acting for aviation clients on the procurement and outsourcing of a variety of services including catering, marketing and the supply of various goods and services. You will play an active role in building the business; developing marketing initiatives and drawing on existing contacts They are interested in talking to dynamic commercially aware lawyers with superb client care skills and at least 1-2 years commercial law experience ideally acting for clients in the aviation sector. This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the highest ranked specialist commercial teams in the South East with a strong salary and career prospects.
