The successful candidate will have a good company/commercial/projects experience, preferably in a City law firm, be motivated, creative and commercial, with a good sense of humour. You will be a team player with a can do attitude. Much of their client work is enabled by technology, so an interest/experience in e-commerce, IP, IT or data protection would help. Relevant experience in commercial transactions in the banking, financial services and healthcare sectors or on the non-construction aspects of PFI/PPPs would complement their strong track record for big ticket pioneering work in these markets.
