To meet continuing growth within our client are now seeking commercial litigation lawyer. Candidates should have strong academics and experience with a major London or regional practice. The case load will include a broad range of commercial litigation, with a bias towards commercial contract disputes. The Dispute Resolution Group consists of 13 lawyers dedicated to a broad range of commercial litigation work. Clients range from owner managed businesses, to household name PLCs and foreign businesses. The Groups work includes litigation in the UK courts (including the specialist courts such as the Commercial Court, TCC and Companies Court) through to arbitration, both domestic and international. There has been recent growth in disputes involving foreign parties.
