Superb opportunity for a junior litigation solictor fo join a highly regarded firm based in Kent in their litigation team. You will be providing fee earning support to the partners on complex matters involving property litigation, company disputes and contract disputes. You will be confident in taking on then lower level fast track work that comes into the department with a typical value of £10K - £20K - mainly commercial dispute work, experience within the County Court system is a pre-requisite.
