Commencing a career in legal recruitment in Kent back in 1986 he moved to Colchester in 1996 to join Rupert Haxell and together they were responsible in building a national legal recruitment team for a major Plc.
A self confessed sports fanatic, Andrew is a more than able golfer, an ex county class swimmer and it is even rumoured that he was once a Lifeguard at Wells-next-Sea! He enjoys time with his 2 children and has a weakness for good Rioja.
